Meetings and tours are by appointment only. Please contact us via email at sbrichardson7@gmail.com or text 252.450.9086 to schedule your tour! Tours typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour and consist of a property tour, review of terms and amenities and of course answers to all of your questions.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your date is reserved once a contract is signed and payment is made.

Your request will be reviewed for suitability by The Platinum Room Event & Entertainment Center, LLC. To promote events, share all promotional materials and the signed agreement for approval via email to Sbrichardson7@gmail.com, addressed to the Rental Coordinator. You'll receive application status notification within 24 hours. Upon approval, deposits must be paid to confirm your chosen date.

At The Platinum Room Event & Entertainment Venue, alcohol may only be served with prior approval from management, along with a signed agreement and a $100 Alcohol Services Fee. The venue does not provide bartenders or alcohol supplies. 

Security is required at a ratio of one officer per 100 guests for events serving alcohol, with additional costs for parties exceeding 100 guests. 

Guests must prove legal drinking age, and no one under 21 will be served. Signs indicating the legal drinking age requirement will be posted. The venue's bartenders can refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals. 

Alcohol service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 12 am and Sunday from 1 pm to 12 am, ensuring a responsible alcohol service environment.

A event coordinator is NOT included in your rental fee. However, we encourage you to use a wedding coordinator or planner for your big day (so you and your family can truly be stress free) and will provide you with referrals. The Platinum team also is available for your booking decorations, day of coordination. Price will vary depending on your event vision of the day.

We recommend you to choose your own vendors that you have reviewed there crafts. You are also welcome to our preferred vendor list, you are free to bring in your own vendors in every category. With the Exceptions of a bartenders we use our own Platinum Team. 

Events are permitted at the venue until 1 AM. for the duration of the 12-hour rental. All attendees are required to vacate the premises by 1 AM.
